Privacy
A small, private corner of your day.
eaze is built to hold personal things gently. This page explains, in plain language, what we store, what we never do with it, and how to take it all back.
Account and profile
To give you an account we store the details you provide — such as your email address, your name or chosen display name, and the preferences you set while getting started. This is used to sign you in, keep your data attached to your account and reply if you contact support.
Check-ins, preferences and reflections
When you check in, set preferences or write a reflection, that content is stored in your account so eaze can show it back to you over time. Reflections and free-text notes are treated as your private writing: they are shown to you, not published anywhere, and they are not included in Ask eaze context.
Movement
If you use Movement, the sessions and activity details you record or log in eaze are stored in your account so you can see your own rhythm. Movement information is used to support your experience in the app — not to rank, score or compare you.
Quiet Gallery
Photos you add to Quiet Gallery are private account media. They are not public, and they are not used for advertising, scoring or body analysis. They are not included in Ask eaze context. You can delete individual photos at any time, and they are removed when you delete your account.
Ask eaze and AI processing
Ask eaze requests your explicit permission before any selected personal context is sent for AI processing. Nothing is sent without that permission.
- Processing uses Google Gemini directly, or the configured Lovable AI gateway as a fallback.
- Only the selected context you approve is included in the request.
- Your reflections, Quiet Gallery photos and free-text notes are not included in Ask eaze context.
Subscriptions
App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple. eaze does not receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status, trial eligibility and restores, so the app knows whether your membership is active.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the service — for hosting and data storage, subscription verification (RevenueCat), Apple for App Store billing, and AI processing for Ask eaze (Google Gemini directly, or the configured Lovable AI gateway fallback). They process information to provide those functions for eaze, and not for their own advertising.
Notifications
Reminder notifications are optional. When you turn them on, they are scheduled locally on your iPhone. You can turn them off in eaze or in your iPhone notification settings.
No ad tracking, no selling
eaze contains no third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your information. There are no advertising profiles built from what you record in the app.
Deleting your data
You can delete your eaze account from within the app, which removes your eaze data. Deleting the account does not, by itself, cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your iPhone Subscriptions settings. If you'd like help, write to hello@eaze.co.uk.
Privacy contact
Privacy questions go to hello@eaze.co.uk. Monitored Monday to Friday. We normally reply within two business days — a response target rather than a guaranteed resolution time.
The operating entity responsible for eaze will be named here in a future update to this page before wider release.
A note on scope
eaze offers general wellness and lifestyle support for food, movement, routine and reflection. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance or emergency support. See Support for urgent help, and Terms for membership details.
